We stand by our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or an incorrect product, we will promptly send a replacement or issue a refund once the damaged or defective product is returned. Refund & Return Policy
1. Defective or Incorrect Products
– If you find any defect (damage, defect, or wrong product) after opening the box, inform our Customer Relationship Management Department immediately with photo or video proof.

– Complaints must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
– Used, swatched, or liquid/semi-liquid products are not eligible for exchange or refund.
– Products cannot be returned or exchanged if you simply change your mind or dislike the smell, texture, color, or design.
– Returns are not accepted if the seal is broken or if the product does not suit you.
– Mistakenly ordered products may be exchanged upon payment of return and resending costs, subject to management discretion.
– The original invoice, Ultimate Organic Life box, and intact packaging must be returned with the product.
2. Returning Your Product
– Within Dhaka: Our Customer Service will arrange for pickup at no extra charge (conditions apply).
– Outside Dhaka: You must accept the product and bear the return and resending costs.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after receiving a return request, and an update will be provided within 7-10 working days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. For delivered orders, refunds will be processed minus delivery charges, service fees, and a 1.95% processing fee.
